Hi @user62829. What Ring device do you have? You can find the model name on the original packaging and on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, what feature are you trying to use? If you're trying to open the Live View in the app and having trouble, what are you seeing on your end? Feel free to share a screenshot to better demonstrate what the issue is.
