Does anyone know if it is possible via Ring to retrieve footage over 30 days?
By default it was set to 30 days and I have only realised you can record up to 180 days.
I need this for a safeguarding issue to support a member of the public who has popped a note in my door.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @user56185. Once a video has been deleted, either manually or due to the Video Storage Time running out, it cannot be recovered. There are no backups or copies stored in order to protect your privacy. If you need access to a video longer than the storage time allows, we suggest downloading the video so you have access to it on your phone or computer.
