Hi @Jazgumtalia. First, try a reboot using the reboot option in the Ring app. If that doesn’t resolve this, you can perform a reset by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
