I bought the Ring Floodlight Plus & Amazon’s Echo Show 5 combination. I needed a user-friendly security system that my wife could use. Today, the Echo Show 5 now correctly displays Ring’s Live Mode automatically when motion is detected. The Echo Show 5 presents a very clear image and includes a Mic icon overlay which is excellent however it does not provide an Icon to trigger the siren. If a siren icon was added, it would greatly increase the effectiveness of the Ring system as a deterrent to would-be thieves. I know my wife would prefer to turn on a siren than to talk to would-be thieves.
