All of a sudden one of the lights stopped working and in a few days the other one started to blink. It’s extremely annoying and can cause someone to fall down the stairs due to blinking light and lack of visibility. Where to get replacement lights for floodlight? How to fix this problem?
Hi @user2875. You’ll first want to try resetting your Floodlight Cam and ensuring it is properly connected to power. To reset it, hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, set the Floodlight Cam back up in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device.
