Ugh… hate reading this, as this was exactly what I was afraid of with the new Flooodlight Cams with plastic mounts and plastic lights…
The generation 1 Floodlight Cams have metal mounts that are super easy to install. The lights are metal with collars to fully adjust and lock in place. I thought the original mount design was clever and sturdy.
Is Ring charging people to buy replacement plastic mounts?! They should send them for free!!!
I posted this as a requested feature to bring back metal mounts. Please vote for it!
