Ring equipment

Hello folks, im wondering if ring video cameras and doorbells are safe now. They used to be up there with the best. And after hearing and seeing reports of hacking. They are being rated around 7.5. Im wondering now if it was a good idea buying this start up. Kit. Are you folks working on making it more secure. And are you using the best technology to do that. I hear so many reports of hacking.
