Ring elite, external door bell quiet anyone found one that works correctly ?

Help! I cannot seem to get my existing or any external door bell wired to the Elite’s 2 terminal relay/ switch to work properly. it seems to activate but there doesnt seem to be enough power to make the door bell ding properly.

Really grateful if someone could offer me a solution or an idea of a set up that they got working.

Hey @Knockknock. What kind of internal chime kit do you have? You can find out if your chime kit is compatible here, as well as see other options that are compatible. You may need to just swap out the chime kit in your home to a compatible one to get this up and running. :slight_smile:
