People have been asking for this since early 2019, another bump and a vote.
PLEASE could the ability to change the tone the actual doorbell makes when it’s pressed be added? Plenty of our neighbours have the Ring Doorbell and, especially when we’re in the garden, nobody can tell who’s is who’s when the bell is pressed. Plus, it would be nice to be able to have a Christmas, Halloween, Happy Birthday etc theme or even the ability to add our own tone. And we should be able to change the amount of times the tone sounds as it is far too long and irritating at the moment.
All this could be done with a simple software update and, given the amount of YOUR customers that are requesting it, we’re amazed nothing has been done. Not great customer service.
This has been requested countless times on here since at least 2020 but all requests have been ignored. Please would someone from Ring at least reply to their customers?!
