I lost my Video connection from 5-14-2020 to 5-17-2020 due to WiFi password change.
Does Ring have the any video from today regarding someone ringing the door today at approximately 1:00 p.m. central 5-17-202even though my doorbell wasn’t connected to my WiFi?
Hey @Bjgaer. When your Doorbell or other Ring device is offline (power loss, loss of wifi connection, etc), it will not be recording during this time since it does not have a connection. You will need to ensure your device is connected in order to get videos storage and active recording. Any videos that may have been captured this time will not be available as the device was not online and working.
