Ring Doorbell Notifications Delay

Hi, I have an issue with my account. We have two ring doorbells on the front and back. Notifications for these work absolutely fine on my phone and iPad but on my husbands device there is quite a delay - usually a few minutes!
His mobile network is fine, does not operate a VPN and is on the same Wifi network as myself which is very speedy!
Any suggestions on what we can do to remedy this?

Hi @Millmoo. What types of phones are you using? Are there any other apps running in the background? What versions of the Ring Apps are installed? This will give us insight into what is happening.
