I'd first suggest uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App. This typically resolves any notification concerns you may be experiencing, but if it doesn't, you can reference this Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-iOS-Devices). If that doesn't work, then I would recommend following up with our support team for further assistance.
