The Ring App had this facility until about a year ago when it was inexplicably removed following an app update. I received a very dismissive response when I raised this with the helpline. I received a similar response when I escalated this to the CEO of Ring. I cancelled my subscription as a result. It is an obviously needed feature and is much requested. How you upgrade an app which results in reduced functionality bemuses me. Please revisit and I might renew my subscription.
