I have my ring doorbell connected to the solar charger. Previously it notified me when the battery was running low. It seems to now behave as though it is connected to a power source and did not send me any low power notifications. Is this new functionality? If so I don’t think it should behave this way!
Hi there, @Strachpr01. The best place to check on resource status is the Device Health section in the Ring app. When using a Solar Panel or existing wiring, the low battery indication may not occur. As we value our neighbors’ feedback, we’ve created a Feature Request board. Feel free to add this and any future feature requests there.
