Ring doorbell 4

I got a ring door bell 4 and i connect it to my wifi and about 3 hour later it lost connection and now it cant find my Internet network and i got no idea what to do??

Hi @user50007. Try the following steps for your concern:

  • Reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.

  • Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds.

  • Try using a different phone or tablet to complete the setup using the same account you created on your original phone.

  • Bring your Doorbell into the same room as the router and complete your setup.
