Ring doorbell 3 plus motion stopped recording or alerting
"My ring doorbell 3 plus suddenly stopped given motion alerts to all 4 of our mobile phones in the last 3 hours ".you can still live view ok and the doorbell still alerts via chime pro.ive got good wifi signal .im baffield i have not done anything to settings

Hi @Davids443. Try toggling the Motion and Ring Alerts off and back on in the Ring App to see if this restores the notifications to your phone. If that doesn't do the trick, uninstall the Ring App, restart your mobile device, and then reinstall the Ring App. That typically resolves notification concerns such as what you're experiencing.
