My doorbell isn’t responding. I have press the doorbell and nothing happens. When I go on the app it says my doorbell is online. I have restarted the WiFi router and this didn’t help. I can’t get any live feed from it either. Any suggestions?

Hey neighbors! Try restarting your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device.
