ok so my ring doorbell 3 plus fails to connect, just continual blue flashing light, it used to work fine but now it seems getting to 90% battery it packs up working... flashing blue light of death....!!! I have tried countless times to set it up, I now cannot get the white circling light despite pressing the reset button countless times, I bought a new battery that did nothing, I have bought the device indoors and paired it up with a ring chime pro which again I just purchased from Amazon it connected for a couple of days and has now failed again, I am really fed up with this and cannot get it working.... my daughter said buy a new one but at 170 quid that's a lot of money, I also have the solar charger for the doorbell as well a lot of money spent and I'm sure this doorbell is now faulty as pressing the reset does nothing any more.... So is this the normal life expectancy 17 months for this device.... Any suggestions or shall I just give up....

Hi @tomcatuk. There are a few things to consider when your Doorbell 3 is not connecting or otherwise appearing unresponsive. Try out the troubleshooting steps below to see if they help get this resolved. * Fully reset your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done,. set the Doorbell back up in the Ring App via the steps under Set Up a Device. * Attempt the setup process on a different smartphone or tablet, if you have access to one. * Check the RSSI in the Device Health page to see what it tells you regarding the strength of your Doorbell's connection to your wifi.
