Ring Doorbell 3 Battery Life

Hey all, the last 3 months my battery life has reduce significantly now only last about 5 days!!! Nothing has changed…
I’m on all recommended settings within the app
When I check the app it says the doorbell is online
I’ve even bought a new battery and this also only last a few days,
Any ideas please thank you

Hi @Postie90. The battery shouldn’t be draining that quickly. Several different factors can affect how quickly the battery in your Doorbell drains, including weather, wifi, and activity levels. Checking the settings in the app was a good place to start, but I’d also recommend reviewing how many events and Live Views your Doorbell is recording each day.
