Back in November my Ring Doorbell 2 stopped working. I changed batteries, did a hard reset, followed online guides but it remained dead.
I replaced the doorbell with a new one and in doing so removed the old doorbell from my account.
Yesterday my protection plan renewed and while I was looking over what was included I noticed the extended warranty part.
I called today and was informed that because I removed the doorbell from my account that it affected the warranty. I can find no where that is states that.
Has anyone had issues with this and is it worth calling back and escalating?
