Hi had my ring video doorbell just for a couple of days and was working fine now it’s not connecting to my Wi-Fi tried all day but it’s saying connection failed to connect to Wi-Fi what I find strange is that the doorbell done a health check at 23.14 which is ok but my last connection the ring made to my Wi-Fi was 23.16 been on phone to support for 40mins and got no further so looks like it’s going back
Ring doorbell now working not done anything to it but now back on line and working fine uptil now anyway
