Ring doorbell 2 not notifying me?

I have a hardwired ring doorbell 2 and it doesn’t notify me when someone is at my door or rings my doorbell. I have all my motion sensors high and the alerts on and I’ve tired uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I’ve also connected and disconnected it from the wifi. It works on my husbands phone but not mine. I have the main account and he is the shared user,

Hi @user17261. It sounds like the notifications on your phone aren't coming through even though your Doorbell is working, as the notifications are going through to your husband's phone.
