My ring doorbell 2 has a newly charged battery, but no connection lights, offline, no signs of life.(The ring uk contact number goes to number not recognised).Any help much appreciated
Hi @user69059. Make sure the fully charged battery is properly inserted in the Doorbell, then attempt a reset by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, attempt a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Doorbell is still unresponsive after attempting these steps, please follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Contact-Us#callus).
