Hi @Chewymon. Try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, you can attempt the setup process again. Make sure you’ve got your current wifi network name and password handy. If you have a different phone or tablet, you may also want to try setting the Doorbell up on there. If not, try rebooting your phone before attempting the setup. If none of these suggestions do the trick for you, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They can take a closer look and help ensure you get your Doorbell up and running.
