Ring Door Bell 2nd Gen (wireless) not connecting to WiFi after router upgraded with ATT

My Ring Door Bell 2nd Gen (wireless) not connecting to WiFi after router upgraded with ATT. I rebooted phone, router, password is correct, used both 2.4 ghz and 5ghz but it get to 95% connecting to WiFi and the error out.

All was working before the upgrade and all my other devices are working.

Any advice?!?’

Hi @user67646. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to try to address your concern. You also want to try factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. Since your router was changed, I also suggest you use this Help Center page to check what settings your router needs for Ring devices to connect and operate correctly.
