Anyone know what this could be for? I am in the process of returning some items, perhaps linked but surely I should have been told.
Hi @DiggerDogs. Typically with the replacement process, there is an authorization charge that will be reversed as soon as the original device is received back. If you have any additional questions about your replacement, you can follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available here. They can pull up your account and check on the status of the replacement and answer any other questions you may have. If you are outside of the US, please visit here to see how to contact support. 
But I am not having a replacement. It’s a return for a refund.
Any other ideas?
