Hi @andrews230886. The P1-78 code indicates a powered device is offline. What is the specific device and what is the RSSI for said device?
I been having the same issue with my ring flood light camera. I get code p1-78 offend.
Hi neighbors. If your Ring device keeps falling offline, try the following steps:
Reboot your router by unplugging it from power and plugging it back in.
Verify your Ring device has a good signal strength.
