Ring chime has been working for 3 to 4 months have changed WiFi connection now the chime will not connect have reset e t c can find the WiFi connection go back to the app and it keeps asking is the blue light flashing slowly and that as far as it will get any ideas
Hey @JazNz! The blue light flashing indicates it is in setup mode, and is a great start. I recommend plugging the chime in close to the router, and starting a new setup of the device in the app (Menu> Set Up a Device). With this being a new network, you’ll want to check things such as special characters in SSID or password. Check out this help center article for more connection tips.
