Ring Chime won't come online

I have a ring chime (1st Gen) connected to video door bell. The chime appears offline all the time. All other devices are working fine. Tried Re connecting, removed the device and reconnected to the app. Nothing works. Ring led blinks all the time. Toggles between fast blink to slow blink time to time. Does anyone know how to do master reset or and tips?

Hi @varuna. Plug the Chime into an outlet near your router. Try resetting the Chime by holding down the reset button on the side for about 15-20 seconds. After that, attempt the setup process in the Ring app again. If the Chime still does not connect, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
