Got my ring chime 2nd gen 3 months ago and it was working fine until recently.
It shows that it is connected (RSSI -42) however there is no sound whenever our doorbell is rung. Even when I go to Audio Settings in the Ring App, and ‘test sound’, there is no sound. I have unplugged and plugged back in, resetted the router, reconnected it to the network, and still nothing. Any suggestions?
