Ring Chime Stopped Working Possible Fried Unit

Hi All,

I have a gen2 chime mains powered and noticed it stopped working completely.

When i unplug it and plug it back in there is a instant flash of blue light goes off immediately then no response from app.

Tried doing a reset not worked.

Anyone had this issue? Is it time for a new one?

Hi @Lukas1990. Have you tried plugging the Chime into a different outlet? You can try to setup the device again to reestablish a connection. This Help Center article here has some great troubleshooting tips also. I hope this helps!
