Hi @Roundtree33. If you have a dual-band router, try splitting the bands and connect the Ring Chime to the 2.4GHz network. Next, check that the [ports and protocols](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-protocols-and-ports-used-by-Ring-devices) used by Ring devices are open on your router. Then reset the Chime by holding down the reset button on the side for 15 seconds.
