My new ring chime pro connects to the internet but then tells me its encountered a problem & to try again. It ends up with an orange light on & nit connecting to the internet. Ive reset the button & all goes back to correct flashing blue light, then still won’t connect. Ive reset my internet and done everything it suggests. Still nit able to connect. Any ideas please? Or is it a faulty chime?
Hi @Jacquiez1. This could be a distance issue. Try moving your Chime closer to your internet router, just for initial setup. I would also make sure that your mobile has wifi assist/network smart switch turned off. This should help it connect.
