My ring chime pro has stopped working can’t get any lights on it at all
Neither does ours. No blue lights. Followed all the instructions on trying to get it to start working again.
Strange. Mine also stopped working today and no blue lights. have reset and moved to multiple outlets
Sorry to hear about this, neighbors! The best steps here are to reset the Chime and attempt a reconnection using other outlets around the home. Resetting the Chime, by holding the setup button for 15 seconds, should allow you to complete another setup in the Ring app. Even if the light is not displaying on the Chime, check to see if it will complete a setup anyways.
