Ring Chime Pro no power
Even after trying different outlets the Ring Chime Pro doesn’t glow blue. It’s not getting power. Can it be fixed?

I know this is an old thread but FWIW, my 1st gen Chime and Chime Pro went offline and reconnecting following the prompts didn’t work because I kept waiting for the flashing blue light but the light never flashed or illuminated. Ring said: “They’re dead buy new ones.” WRONG! They are not dead. They just do t light up!! If you ignore the prompt and say that you see the light, they do reconnect. Works fine now, just no light! Probably a problem with the LED connection.

Excellent information from erh1. I went through the process and held the reset button for a count of 10 (no blue light) and proceeded as if it did come on. My chime reconnected and is working. It's the Ring 2 version installed in 2019.

Same problem here as many others. Just out of warranty. Chime is dead. No lights, unable to reconnect. £30 for a new one (which is about £1 worth of plastic and Chinese electronics). Daylight robbery.
