Ring Chime Pro doesn't power on

My Ring chime pro doesn’t show a blue light despite trying several different outlets.

Hi @user7851. Is the Chime Pro reporting as offline in the Ring app, or is it showing as online? If it’s reporting as offline, try resetting the Chime Pro by holding down the reset button on the side for at least 15 seconds. After the reset is done, walk the Chime Pro through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know if that does the trick for you! :slight_smile:

Ring Chime Pro will not go into setup mode. Tried different outlets, same problem

Hi @Mike3600. If you haven’t already, please try resetting your Chime Pro by holding down the reset button on the side for at least 15 seconds. Then try setting the Chime Pro back up in the Ring app. If that doesn’t work, please reach out to our support team at one of the numbers available here for further assistance.
