Hi, I’ve had the chime for over a week and tried several times to change the bell and motion sounds but they never work. I’m accessing the chime settings from the ring app on my OnePlus 3t Android. The app tells me it’s updating and might take a few moments. But I never hear the tones I set up. Only the basic wind chime and door bell.
Hi @hgjrjkg8eje . I would recommend making sure that both the Ring App and your phone’s OS are fully updated. After all the updates are installed properly, try changing the alert tone once more in the Ring App. If it still doesn’t save, try accessing the Ring App on a different tablet or smartphone and editing the alert tones there.
