Ring Chime Online but Not Ringing

I have both an older Ring chime and an older Ring Chime. Often neither chime, though they both indicate solid blue and the app shows they are online. The phone app does ring.
The only solution is to unplug the chime and plug back in. Then it works for days or weeks, then stops again.
What is the problem and solution?

Both chimes are within 10 feet of my mesh wifi points.

Hi @Davewil3. What is the RSSI for your Ring Chimes? You can find the RSSI on the Device Health page in the Ring app, and it can indicate how stable the wifi connection to each Chime is. You can find more information on RSSI in our Community post here. If the RSSI looks good and doesn’t indicate an unstable connection, try completely resetting your Chimes by holding down the reset button on the side for at least 20 seconds. Then set the Chimes back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
