I’ve just noticed today that our chime is offline. I’ve tried several ways to reset or reconnect it to no avail. There are no lights showing on it despite holding the reset button for 5, 15 and 20 seconds. I do get 1 flash of a green light when I Plug it in and switch the power on but nothing after that.
Hi there, @Metallicatz! Performing a reset was the best step, which is done by holding the setup button for 15 seconds. As it looks like you’ve completed this and tried another outlet, your Chime should be working as intended. See if the reconnection process will work on another mobile device, by following the steps in this Help Center article.
