Hi My ring chime is offline, I have tried reconnecting to the internet but pressing the button for 5 seconds or for 15 and waiting and re-trying (as per instructions) does not result in the light flashing? Is there a way to tell if it is just broken?
Hi @murfinp. A reset is a good troubleshooting step to try, along with trying different power outlets as well to ensure the issue doesn’t lie with the power outlet itself.
