Ring chime is not getting on after device setup. In my app its says offline even its plugged in.
I already pressed side button multiple times and even tried on different sockets as well
After a successful setup, your Ring device will likely complete an update. Once complete, the Chime should be fully functional. Try plugging it in to an outlet nearest the router to see if it will connect. If not, try resetting the Chime by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. The Chime should then complete a setup.
