The chime will not go into setup mode, when plugged in, just stays solid. When reset is depressed for 5 or 30, no change. Switched to 3 different outlets, same result. It worked previously, just had a wifi change. Unplugged for 12 hours to see if it would go back into original mode, no luck. Any other suggestions? Thank you.
