Ring Chime doesn’t ring on 1st doorbell button press


I have a Ring Chime and 2 Video Doorbells, 2nd Gen. we have an issue where visitors press the doorbell button (I can see them doing so on the recorded video), but the Ring Chime doesn’t make a sound. On subsequent presses, the chime works as expected.

This happened more than once and I tested it myself. The WiFi strength is around RSSI -50 or higher for all devices. One of the doorbells is hardwired, and the other has a solar charger.

Can you advise on what can be done? Happened multiple times and I’m missing deliveries and visitors as a result. Definitely not a fluke.
