Continuing the discussion from [Chime Pro 2 (2nd generation) only singnals about half of the time when doorbel button is pressed](https://community.ring.com/t/chime-pro-2-2nd-generation-only-singnals-about-half-of-the-time-when-doorbel-button-is-pressed/175136/2): Hi Mr Ring chime has disconnected from the doorbell and when plugged in has a solid green light. I’ve tried to reset, (5 secs) and the (15 secs) and it still doesn’t work. I’ve checked the range to the doorbell and wifi router and it’s fine. Please help

    Hi @SamBeere. I'd suggest trying to walk through a new setup in the Ring app by following the steps under Set Up a Device. You should be able to reconnect the Chime to your wifi network through the setup process.
