My Ring Chime (Gen 1) has recently stopped working. No blue logo light shows at all. Tried rebooting and tried different power sockets, etc but still no blue logo. It seems that the Chime itself is dead. Anything else i can do or check, etc?
Hi there, @rogerrally! You’ve covered the steps I’d recommend here. Trying different outlets should result in LED or response form the Chime. Try going through the setup despite the light not showing, to see if it completes. If not, please reset the Chime by holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then try a setup again.
