Can ring explain why this happened?
Hi @Htawrot46. Some changes were made to our Ring Protect Basic plan earlier this year. You can find more information on these changes here. If you have added an additional Ring Camera or Doorbell to your account, that could explain the amount you were billed as the Ring Protect Basic Plan is charged per Ring device.
