Ring charged me $190.25 for a $90 plan renewal -- how do I get my money back?

Ring said charing my charge card didn’t work when the card had plenty of money on it for the annual renewal. So I logged into online account. It showed the charge as declined. I renewed by going through the steps. They ran two charges, one for $90 and a second immediately after for $107.25. Their site said the second one did not go through but my bank records show that it did. I can’t find a way to reach customer service to get a refund. Any suggestions?
