Currently, displaying a Ring camera on Alexa results in a random timeout, but usually less than 5 minutes. Some users may want the live image to stay displayed as long as they wish. Since that might conflict with other Alexa info, how about, as a user option, displaying the Ring cam as a live desktop picture behind the Alexa info?

When I say “display a cam”, what I really want is a user-configurable set of 1 to n Ring cameras on the network displayed as in a typical security monitor matrix. The key us user configurability to provide the best value of this integration.
And kudos to Ring’s “Jess,” an Amazon Executive Community Support Representative, for outstanding customer service by actually reaching out to me and being interested in customers’ wants and desires.
