Ring camera won’t record - WIFI is fine

Streaming error for live view. Won’t connect to camera and save footage. WiFi is working fine. Reset device. Uninstalled/reinstalled app Battery 100% Turned o/off phone 14 months after purchase this device is completely useless. Junk product will not recommend to anyone. Tech support is useless and they won’t replace. What a complete waste
