Ring Camera thrown out by mistake /lost?

Hi everyone!..
Can some one advise me…
I had 2 indoor Ring Cameras, one of them had a years subscription so I could record…
I live with my mum and I had alot of work done for her decorating/ new floors etc…
There was a lot of stuff thrown out into a skip etc…
I think the camera with the subscription may have got thrown away somehow…
My mum has some Dementia… Bless her…
Only thing I can think of is she ‘accidentally’ put it in a bag with the rubbish… Lol
Anyway…
Can I get the subscription transferred to the other Camera I still have…its valid till this August so shame yo waste.
I have no clue how to do if you even can lol…

Hi @CarmR. I’m sorry to hear about what happened, it can be easy to misplace things when doing home renovations. You can cancel the current Ring Protect plan and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of time. Then you can subscribe to a new plan for the other Ring camera. You will need to be the owner of the Ring account to make these changes. If you need more help with this, feel free to reach out to our support team as well.
